As a Senior-level Professional, You Are The Engine Of Our Business. Your Hard Work Ensures That We Deliver For Our Clients. Under The Supervision Of The Division Manager, You Will:
- Prepare and review work plans, technical documents, and reports for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
- Prepare and review new clientele proposals for federal, state, and local regulatory agencies
- Develop the scope of environmental assessment and remediation projects from our diverse portfolio and manage them within budget
- Conduct regular field visits to drive project execution and ensure that appropriate health and safety procedures are being followed
- Review and approve supplier work proposals and invoices
- Evaluate/interpret data and prepare detailed reports
- Assist with marketing and business development
- Mentor junior staff to assist with their professional development
Your people skills are essential as you interact regularly with local and national clientele as well as regulatory agencies. Though you do spend time visiting job sites and interacting with people, you also make sure to keep up with all your administrative responsibilities. Ensuring that clients are happy as well as that all jobs are delivered on-time, within the scope, and on-budget gives you a great sense of accomplishment!
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental engineering, or civil engineering.
- Five or more years of experience in geological assessments, water supply, water treatment, environmental assessments, contaminant investigation, contaminant remediation, stormwater management, wastewater treatment, permitting projects, or compliance projects in the public and private sectors
- Ability to attain Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) within one year
- Consulting experience
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations and experience interacting with governmental regulatory agencies
