Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and air quality permits for Title V facilities.
• Develop and maintain environmental compliance plans and procedures.
• Conduct environmental assessments and audits.
• Provide technical support to operations and maintenance staff.
• Develop and implement environmental training programs.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance.
• Investigate and report incidents and accidents.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance within the energy industry.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, including CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance.
• Experience with permit applications and air quality permits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
