Salary: $105,000 - $135,000 per year.

Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and air quality permits for Title V facilities.
- Develop and maintain environmental compliance plans and procedures.
- Conduct environmental assessments and audits.
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance staff.
- Develop and implement environmental training programs.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance.
- Investigate and report incidents and accidents.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance within the energy industry.
- Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations, including CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance.
- Experience with permit applications and air quality permits.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
