Project Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Engineer

Our client is a leading manufacturer in the water and pipeline infrastructure space, supporting municipal, industrial, and utility projects across the U.S. They operate a high-volume production facility in Grand Prairie, TX, and are expanding their project management team to keep pace with growing demand for their engineered pipeline service products.

We’re seeking a Project Manager to join the Grand Prairie facility and oversee the coordination of pipeline service projects from quote to delivery. This is an on‑site role working closely with production, engineering, and sales coordination teams.

• Manage small pipeline service projects through the manufacturing process
• Coordinate with internal teams on materials, scheduling, production, and delivery
• Review and understand technical drawings and customer requirements
• Assist with quoting, change requests, and project updates
• Serve as a point of contact for contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Support the plant’s day‑to‑day project flow and ensure deadlines are met
• Participate in on‑site meetings and walkthroughs to stay aligned with production

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager
• Background in manufacturing, precast, pipe, utilities, or construction materials preferred
• Ability to read and understand drawings (AutoCAD viewing experience a plus)
• Comfortable working on‑site in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
• Trainable, hands‑on, and eager to grow into a full PM role
• Must be based within commuting distance of Grand Prairie (no remote)
