PAY RATE: $59.04/hour
We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required to start

- Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role?
- Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?
- Serve as a key member of the Material Review Board (MRB).
- Review non-conforming hardware for performance impacts.
- Identify root cause and ensure corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate efforts across Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support and participate in weekly leadership status meetings.
- Lead investigative efforts and report findings to interdisciplinary teams.
- Active Secret Clearance required to start
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Engineering discipline preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) in accordance with ASME Y14.5.
- Ability to perform tolerance analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Creo design software.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, parts lists, specifications, and technical documents.
- Proficiency in GD&T.
- Failure analysis experience.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- CAD experience (1 2+ years).
- Ability to lead investigations and communicate status to cross-functional teams.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
