The candidate for this position will be responsible for monitoring the operations of our systems, including quality and compliance. The candidate should also be able to recommend improvements to the process by tracking metrics and reporting data. The candidate should definitely have strong technical skills to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support as necessary
- Establish process metrics and goals
- Develop and issue process designs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiarity with process control
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- B.S. in Plastics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years in plastic molding, aluminum tube bending, and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) experience
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
