Description:
You will be the System Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Engineer to support a program's system integration and system qualification initiatives in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for executing sub-system and system level integration and tests for new and existing products. What You Will Be Doing As the IT&E Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
• Generating and executing sub-system and system level integration and test plans/procedures
• Supporting the preparation of test equipment and facilities required for test events
• Supporting Design Verification Tests (DVT) and Qualification tests, including Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), and Functional Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) for new hardware
• Support Failure investigations and resolution of hardware, software and test equipment anomalies that have occurred during system and subsystem testing
• Provide engineering evaluations of redesigns or upgrades to the existing missile
• This position may require the ability to travel domestically to support program test events and meetings. Why Join Us

This position requires the ability to travel up to 10% to domestic destination(s) as needed. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. An Interim Secret Clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field (or equivalent practical experience) - 1-3 years of experience in an engineering, quality, or production support role - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics - Familiarity with electrical test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, function generators, etc.) - Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Experience in I&T, with a focus on environmental testing and Design DVT
• Experience with HALT testing and production, latent manufacturing defect testing
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and DO-160
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks and
tools, such as LabVIEW or Test Stand
• Familiarity with MFC Programs and / or Government Munitions Programs
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
