* You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Electronics Fabrication, Level 2 for the Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing team Our team is responsible for developing and supporting manufacturing processes for electrical components within the MFC electrical shop
** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Manufacturing Engineer Electronics Fabrication, Level 2 you will be responsible for delivering robust, repeatable processes that enable high‑quality wiring and harness assemblies
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and support manufacturing processes for wiring and harness assemblies
+ Create and maintain work instructions and task lists
+ Develop rework/repair instructions based on quality notifications
+ Participate in design and producibility reviews and drive process improvements
+ Validate new equipment and processes, and collaborate with shop‑floor, quality, and program teams

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline from an accredited college
Effective Communication
Skills:
Written, Oral, Listening,
Technical Writing
Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and translate into work instructions
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
Process Improvement experience
Experience creating manufacturing plans and work instructions
This facility requires special access; therefore, you must be a US Citizen
Have an existing clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance

* Experience with Standards AS 91000 / AS9102 , IPC, J STD, and MIL STSD specifications
Experience with disposition of non conforming products and with root cause/corrective action definition
Experience in establishing Performance Metrics for identifying process improvement
Ability to liaison between Production
SAP ERP Experience
Windchill PLM Experience
