  • Develop, review, and validate detailed mechanical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Maintain quality assurance by conducting peer reviews and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Pre-Construction & Problem-Solving

  • Support pre-construction efforts, reviewing and resolving incomplete or unclear design documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, general contractors, and subcontractors to identify and mitigate potential design and construction issues.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate project feasibility and develop cost-effective solutions.
  • Support estimation and bidding processes by providing technical insights and risk assessments.
  • Oversee construction administration, ensuring design intent is executed correctly.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and drafters, fostering professional development and technical excellence.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative culture, enhancing problem-solving and efficiency.
  • Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring project alignment and timely execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional affiliations with ASPE, or ASHRAE.

Qualifications

  • PE (Professional Engineer) License (State of Texas) required.
