Grand Prairie, Texas (Hybrid)

Clearance: U.S. citizenship required.

• Working within the Electrical Engineering team and cross functional teams to effectively address integration and interface challenges
• Defining, refining, and documenting system, performance, and interface requirements
• Supporting development of multiple circuit card assemblies
• Managing bill of materials, part sourcing, and build‑up activities
• Electrical connector part selection and cable routing layouts
• Help evaluate/troubleshoot and provide technical direction for failure investigations
• Be self‑motivating, team‑oriented, and capable of making informed decisions in a timely fashion with minimal direction
• Able to take project ownership from conception to implementation
• Supporting development of multiple circuit card assemblies, flex prints, and cable harnesses

• Experience with circuit card design, integration, and test
• Experience with developing and refining system requirements, including performance, interface, and environmental requirements
• Experience with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise or equivalent for schematic capture
• Experience with Cadence PSpice or equivalent for circuit simulation and analysis
• Demonstrated effective communication skills

• Experience with MFC circuit card design processes
• Experience with military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-704
• Experience with Xilinx Ultra Scale FPGAs

Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited college in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of professional experience.
