We are experiencing growth and seeking a Test Engineer for our Grand Prairie, TX site.
Position OverviewAs the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Test Engineer, you will support Automated Electronic Test Equipment and Test Software activities in Grand Prairie, TX. Your key responsibilities include ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, providing technical support, driving improvements to test equipment and software, and troubleshooting expertise.
What You Will Be DoingYou will be responsible for:
- Upgrading and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed.
- Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving test equipment issues.
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of professional experience.
- Experience supporting electronics Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Experience supporting software for Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and Test Stand.
- Experience with verification and validation of test equipment for DoD products.
- Active Secret Clearance.
This position requires a government security clearance. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and must be a U.S. citizen.
LocationGrand Prairie, TX. The position is onsite full‑time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work SchedulesLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules. This position is scheduled for 4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
