You will be the Industrial Engineer Sr Stf (Level
5) for the Core Industrial Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for supporting 1

LMX preparation and execution, leading engineering standardization across facilities, and owning roadmaps for digital integration.

As the Industrial Engineer Sr Stf (Level
5) you will be responsible for delivering high‑impact engineering solutions that enable efficient manufacturing operations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Support all Industrial Engineering activities related to 1
  
  LMX preparation and execution.
• Lead standardization of time standards, Lean Six Sigma, layout optimization, and data governance across manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps and execution plans for engineering standardization and digital integration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity.

This position is in Dallas.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical area, from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• 2. Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• 3. Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.).
• 4. Experience in leading multiple organizations to achieve a common goal.
• 5. Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• 6. Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management.

This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret
