Industrial Engineer Stf (Level
4) for the MFC Enterprise Industrial Engineering team, responsible for applying advanced analytical skills and Industrial Engineering concepts to support IAMD Production Operations Management.

Responsibilities- Drive operational excellence through advanced analysis, model development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Develop and maintain simulation and analytical models for production operations.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Support capacity planning and forecasting for IAMD production lines.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate model insights.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management.
- Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Experience working with Simio Simulation Modeling.
- Experience performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis (Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc.).
- Experience in the aerospace defense industry.
- Ability to develop automated data visuals/tools that support improvement processes.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and Data Analytics.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. Must obtain a Secret clearance.
Work ScheduleOnsite full‑time: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
