Master Planner Security Clearance

Position: Master Planner with Security Clearance
This position provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements. Candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development. Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have happened, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.

Ensure Communication and Cross-coordination with IPTs. Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM). Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.

Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as required. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations. This is not a maintenance scheduler position. Basic Qualifications :
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experiences with cost and/or schedule
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs
- Deliver presentations to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
- All above basic qualifications MUST be shown in work history, or hiring manager will reject Desired

Qualifications:

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product

• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

• Demonstrated

Experience with IPMDAR (Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report)

• Experience with Milestones Professional software

• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions

• Experience working Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) programs
