Business Unit Environmental, Health & Safety; EHS Professional

We are looking for a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional. This position will be based in either Peachtree Corners, GA or Grand Prairie, TX.

This position plays a critical role in driving EHS culture, compliance, and performance across multiple manufacturing locations. The Corporate EHS Professional will partner closely with both corporate leadership and site EHS teams to develop, implement, and standardize programs aligned with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory and corporate requirements.

The role provides strategic guidance, hands‑on support, and tools to help Business Unit sites achieve Siemens’ EHS goals and continuous improvement objectives. This position requires domestic and international national travel to support business unit manufacturing sites.

• Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams to deliver Siemens’ EHS goals and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Site EHS Managers and Corporate EHS teams to standardize, improve, and implement EHS programs.
• Partner with site EHS and training teams to develop, update, and deliver EHS training programs (e.g., PPE, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication, NFPA 70E).
• Lead and/or facilitate EHS incident investigations, including root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, trend analysis, and regulatory/internal reporting.
• Support internal and external EHS audits, including compliance assessments and ISO 14001/45001 certification activities.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of applicable EHS regulations including RCRA, CWA, Industrial Pretreatment, SWPPP, SPCC, TSCA, TRI, Tier II, OSHA, and NFPA 70E.
• Monitor changes to applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental and occupational safety regulations and assess business impacts.
• Serve as EHS liaison with regulatory agencies, legal counsel, and internal collaborators; coordinate regulatory responses, documentation, and follow‑up actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership and influence without authority.
• Proven success leading cross‑functional EHS projects and initiatives.
• Working knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, CWA, TSCA, EPA) and OSHA standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self‑directed with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within North America and Mexico.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

• Master’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• EHS Project Management experience.
• ASP certification.
• CSP certification.
• CHMM certification.
• Experience in Made‑to‑Order or Electrical Products manufacturing.
• EHS auditing experience.
