Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineering Cost Modeler for a contract opportunity in Grand Prairie, TX. This position is 100%.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with an executive audience experienced in Data Visualization
• 1-2 years' experience with Python, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MS SQL, and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data management systems and/or data science.
• 1-2 years Parametric Estimating / True Planning experience.
• 1-2 Experience working with cost models, predictive analytics, or decision analysis.

• Engineering with MBA or related advanced degree.
• Strong team collaboration and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing materials & processes familiarity.
• Organized & detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks at once.
• Comfortable navigating technical and cost data.
• High degree of accountability and responsibility with the ability to be a self-starter and problem solver.
• Experience with one or more of the following: cost model development, data analytics, engineering related to the Defense industry, and/or finance.
• Knowledge of financial systems, analysis, statistics, etc.
• Familiarity with proposal development and/or the government acquisition process.

• Accredited Bachelor's in Data Science, Math, Operations Research, Engineering, or related field. (with 5-10 years' work experience in technical field)

Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift
