We are seeking an experienced Guidance, Navigation, and Control Engineer who will specialize in Modeling and Simulation of complex technical solutions to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX.

• Design and documentation of model and simulation requirements and architecture
• Develop, verify, and validate complex models and simulations such as missile 6-degree-of-freedom simulations and effects-based simulations
• Evaluate system performance in complex scenarios and environments and verify system and subsystem level requirements
• Perform critical studies, analyses, and test activities
• Support ground and flight test efforts including Hardware‑In‑The‑Loop activities
• Support program reviews and technical interchange meetings with internal leadership and/or external customers

• Post‑secondary STEM degree with 1+ years of relevant experience
• Interim clearance needed to start this position
• Willing to work onsite in a classified area or lab environment
• Demonstrated experience in digital simulation development for infrared sensor systems
• Advanced proficiency in C++ and MATLAB or Python
• Strong math skills in linear algebra, matrix math, statistics, trigonometry, and coordinate transformations
• Strong written, verbal, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Active Secret Clearance
• Experience operating in Linux environments
• Experience with Agile development
• Experience performing GNC assignments such as guidance, navigation, autopilot, inertial tracking, and servo control algorithms
• Experience developing and/or verifying/validating complex vehicle models and simulations such as missile 6‑DOF simulations
• Experience developing, verifying, and validating complex electro‑optical/infrared and/or radio‑frequency sensor models
• Ability to perform preflight system performance assessment and post‑flight verification analyses
• Experience deploying algorithms that satisfy real‑time performance requirements
• Experience with Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops  CI/CD pipelines and software version control such as Git

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US citizen for consideration. Clearance level:
Secret.
