Position: Program Planner – Integrated Program Planning Team, based in Dallas, TX.
The Program Planner will support Senior Integrated Program Planners by developing and maintaining comprehensive program plans and schedules. The role drives program execution through effective relationship building and analysis of complex data to support program schedules and plans.
Responsibilities- Support the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products.
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
- Identify critical/driving paths, perform probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and develop corrective actions.
- Support proposal submittal and execution schedule development to meet established plans and parameters.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Experience with network scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience with networked schedules and critical path methodology.
- Experience delivering briefings to team members and project teams.
- Knowledge of schedule performance management techniques, e.g., earned value management.
- Active DoD SECRET clearance (or willingness to obtain it).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3 years or more of experience in planning or program management related discipline.
- Expertise in critical path scheduling methodology.
- Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules.
- Familiarity with Production/Sustainment/Depot Operations.
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
- Proposal knowledge and experience.
- Integrated Master Plan (IMP) knowledge.
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros, lookup tables, and VBA.
- Exposure to schedule risk assessment processes and tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
This position is located in Dallas, Texas.
Security ClearanceThis position requires a U.S. government security clearance. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
