Description
You will be the Program Planner, Staff for the Integrated Program Planning team. The team develops and maintains program schedules and plans, drives program execution, and serves as trusted partners and strategic advisors for internal and external customers.
Responsibilities- Develop Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS).
- Track progress of program activities against baseline internal plans and ensure schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained.
- Maintain schedules, perform probabilistic or deterministic risk analysis, identify critical/driving paths, and develop solutions for resolution along with network logic validation and deconfliction.
- Support and participate in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and assess proposal submittals and execution schedules, and evaluate progress against established plans and parameters.
- Formulate and recommend corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements.
- Maintain cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Implement and monitor the Earned Value Management System on programs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining Network Schedules, including integrity checks, critical path analysis, data‑driven metrics, and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers.
- Expertise with Earned Value Management (EVM) including cost and schedule integration.
- Demonstrated team‑building skills.
- Demonstrated influencing and relationship‑management skills.
- Proficiency in network scheduling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, or Primavera.
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance for consideration.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in planning or program management related discipline.
- Earned Value certification.
- Experience in Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
- Experience in Production, Sustainment, or Depot Operations.
- Experience with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development.
- Experience with proposal development and submittal.
- Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation, maintenance, and integration with IMS.
- Advanced Excel skills including macros, lookup tables, and VBA.
- Experience with Schedule Risk Assessment process/tools.
This position requires a government security clearance. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen and must obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Schedule:
4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
