EHS Professional – Manufacturing

Siemens Industry Inc. is seeking an EHS Professional for 1st or 2nd shift at its over 1000‑employee manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the factory’s leadership team and corporate resources on EHS activities and initiatives.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve EHS goals and objectives.
  • Conduct and manage EHS incident investigations, including incident tracking and record‑keeping requirements (internal and external).
  • Perform or coordinate industrial hygiene surveys, ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, noise sampling.
  • Collaborate with the training department on relevant EHS training programs, including but not limited to PPE, emergency response, hazard communication; may include content development and training facilitation.
  • Participate in audit activities (internal and external), identify EHS issues and drive actions to resolve.
  • Maintain current knowledge of environmental and occupational safety regulations including RCRA, Industrial Pretreatment Program, SWPPP, SPCC, OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI, etc.
  • Track environmental regulatory changes at federal, state, and local levels that may impact operations.
  • Interface with regulatory agencies, employees, and outside legal counsel on behalf of business when required; coordinate business response and/or comments to regulatory changes.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8‑10+ years EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (e.g., overhead crane operation, high‑voltage equipment testing, ergonomic assessments, etc.).
  • Experience with ISO 45001:2018 OSHMS & 14001:2015 EMS.
  • Experience managing/leading occupational safety & health programs (injury reduction, trending, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience working on cross‑functional teams and leading EHS projects (project management experience).
  • Self‑directed with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Qualifications such as ASP, CSP, CHMM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related scientific field.
  • Solid understanding of environmental regulations (RCRA, DOT, etc.).
