Subcontract Management

You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program team, responsible for subcontract management duties that support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware.

• Lead subcontract management efforts to ensure seamless collaboration with subcontractors and drive results supporting program objectives.
• Manage and administer subcontracts to ensure compliance with program requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to align subcontractor performance.
• Develop and implement subcontract management plans, strategies, and procedures to drive program success.
• Analyze and resolve subcontract‑related issues, identify improvement areas, and implement process enhancements.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start).
• Experience managing supplier relationships and cross‑functional teams.
• Leadership experience in problem solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Experience with Tableau and/or SAP.
• TINA Negotiation experience.
• Cross‑functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for creating and presenting documents.
• Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers, and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between functional organizations.
• Willingness to travel to supplier facilities for meetings and on‑site issue resolution as needed.
• Understanding of procurement on a development program.

Position located in Dallas, Texas.

Work schedule:

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week, with part–time remote telework.
