You will be the Operations Engineer (Level
2) for the MFC Dallas Production Operations team. Our team is responsible for linking internal and external customers, delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Engineer (Level
2) you will be responsible for driving initiatives that have a tangible impact on program success and ensuring seamless collaboration between the shop floor and program teams.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Spearhead key initiatives and recovery plans to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate communication between Dallas Operations center managers, functional leadership, and external customers.
- Monitor schedule and budget performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide status reporting and actionable insights to senior leadership.
