LMX preparation and execution, leading engineering standardization across facilities, and owning roadmaps for digital integration

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Industrial Engineer Sr Stf  Level 5  you will be responsible for delivering high‑impact engineering solutions that enable efficient manufacturing operations

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Support all Industrial Engineering activities related to 1

LMX preparation and execution

+ Lead standardization of time standards, Lean Six Sigma, layout optimization, and data governance across manufacturing facilities

+ Develop and maintain roadmaps and execution plans for engineering standardization and digital integration

+ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement and ensure data integrity

MUST BE A U S  CITIZEN   This position is located at a facility that requires special access  The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* 1  Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related technical area, from an accredited college in a related discipline

2  Experience working in SAP or other Enterprise Resource Planning  ERP  systems

3   Experience in performing foundational Industrial Engineering analysis at varying levels  Span Analysis, Capacity Analysis, Cost Evaluations, etc  

4  Experience in leading multiple organizations to achieve a common goal

5  Ability to obtain a security clearance

6  Demonstrated ability to work with and present to multiple levels of management

** Security Clearance Statement:
** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
