Site Services Project Manager - Grand Prairie, Texas

Mission Hires is seeking a Site Services Project Manager to lead end-to-end food process piping projects across U.S. food plants. The role scopes, designs, bids, and manages installations; provides field crew support; maintains project documentation; and ensures safety and customer satisfaction. Location options include Grand Prairie, TX;
Springfield, MO, with travel to customer sites as needed.

• Provide quotes and proposals for installation, equipment, and systems
• Respond promptly to customer RFIs and requests
• Ensure complete documentation for billing and job costing to Process Engineering support staff
• Enforce and comply with all safety rules, regulations, and procedures
• Maintain customer and prospect records in CRM per procedures
• Conduct post-project follow-ups to gather customer satisfaction feedback
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and proposals
• Provide regular project updates to customers
• Offer design assistance for potential installation services
• Visit prospective customer sites to assist with design and scope definition
• Prepare monthly project projection reports and communicate performance to management
• Visit active installation sites to support and assist field staff
• Review and approve project-related invoices
• Design process piping systems with clear calculations and documentation, in coordination with Process Engineering
• Develop AutoCAD drawings (P&IDs and layout drawings) as required
• Support controls system engineers during process start-up
• Manage overall project execution, including contractor oversight and MS Project Gantt schedule maintenance
• Define project scope and bill of materials
• Deliver concise design and scope packages to Installation Services Manager and Job Superintendent, including role delegation
• Compare actuals vs. forecasts post-project to improve quoting accuracy
• Track and control project costs and schedules
• Assist customers seeking technical support
• Size pumps for various applications
• Assist teammates with technical issues
• Provide peer performance evaluations with unbiased scoring and descriptive comments

• Proven experience managing food process piping or industrial process projects from scope through closeout
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at food manufacturing plants across the USA
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for creating P&IDs and layout drawings
• Experience designing process piping systems with supporting calculations and documentation
• Working knowledge of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project) and maintaining Gantt charts
• Strong cost control, forecasting, and invoice approval experience
• Familiarity with controls/start-up support for process systems
• Demonstrated adherence to and enforcement of safety regulations and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
• Experience preparing quotes/proposals and conducting follow-ups
• Ability to define scopes, bills of materials, and deliver clear execution packages to field leadership
• Competence in CRM usage for account/contact management per defined procedures
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for scoping, active project support, and follow-ups
• Ability to size pumps for various applications
• Capacity to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams
• Ability to prepare monthly project projection/performance reports and communicate results to management
