As an Account Representative
, you will communicate with customers to schedule inhome product demonstrations and support directtoconsumer sales. You will source, qualify, and follow up on leads using scripts, internal systems, and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a sales driven mindset, with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections.

• Coordinate with multiple departments to schedule product demonstrations and installation appointments nationwide
• Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Participate in regular training and development sessions
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to convert them into scheduled appointments
• Source new sales opportunities through lead followup
• Manage prospects at every stage of the appointment setting cycle
• Apply a strong sales mentality to confidently overcome objections

• Work Monday-Friday with one weekday off
• Must work either Saturday or Sunday

• Monday-Friday: 11:00 AM-8:00 PM or 12:00 PM-9:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Sunday: 10:00 AM-7:00 PM

• Minimum 1 year Collections/sales experience preferred (financial services, call center, retail, etc.)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Windows based applications
• Familiarity with Zoom - teleconference equipment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An understanding of call center fundamentals
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to empathize with customers

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
