We are looking for a Finance Team Lead. This position will be based at Grand Prairie (Mayfield) and on site.

• Responsible for Demand Forecast in units for Power Circuit Breakers and Molded Case Circuit Breakers. External, Affiliates and Internal demand,
• Bridge between planners, buyers and finance. Revenue Forecast and Revenue Risk due to supply chain.
• Breakdown of actual sales by Frame size, Fix Mount, Draw Out.
• Analysis of margin quality with external customers
• Partner with materials manager on Inventory on hand, new orders to vendors.
• Tracking price increases to the market and cost analysis,

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a finance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Office tools.
• Current or former Siemens employees strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, cashflow management, and financial analysis processes.
• Ability to handle technical finance tasks, including advanced modeling and data analysis.
• High level of adaptability to changing priorities while consistently maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Details regarding our benefits can be found at  The pay range for this position is $91,463 – $156,794 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
