You will be the Finance Associate Manager for the Program Finance organization within the Tactical and Strike Missiles line of business. Our team is responsible for delivering disciplined financial oversight and strategic insight to ensure program success.

As the Finance Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the PrsM program’s financial management, partnering with planning, program management, and key stakeholders to meet all financial commitments.

• Program Cost Control
• Establishing and Managing Program Cost Baselines
• Financial Customer Reporting
• Program Financial Planning & Analysis
• Business Case Analysis

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

First shift

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Secret clearance.

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,200 - $159,045 in certain states, and $103,700 - $179,860 in major metropolitan areas. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. This position is incentive plan eligible.
