You will be the Financial Analyst Staff for the Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for driving financial excellence and supporting program finance functions.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Staff Financial Analyst you will establish and manage program cost baselines, conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis, and prepare Estimate at Complete (EAC) analyses to inform leadership.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

* Establish and manage program cost baselines.

* Conduct Earned Value Management and variance analysis.

* Prepare EAC analysis and recommendations for leadership.

* Support workforce planning actions.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,

Business Administration, or related field

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point

* Multi-functional / multi-disciplined Earned Value

Management (EVM) experience and knowledge

* Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong analytical and presentation skills

* Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver

* Finance background in Defense Industry

* Experience in SAP and Deltek Cobra financial tool sets

* Advanced Excel / database/ reporting experience (including Power BI, Power Query)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
