Financial Analyst (Level
2) for Program Quality for Precision Fires Team
You will be the Financial Analyst (Level
2) for the Program Quality for Precision Fires team. Our team is responsible for supporting program quality through financial analysis, cost baseline management, Earned Value, headcount, and variance analysis. What you will be doing as the Financial Analyst (Level
2) you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insight that drives sound decision-making across the Precision Fires programs. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Establish and manage cost baselines and Estimates at Completion (EAC) for program budgets.
- Perform Earned Value analysis and produce variance reports.
- Conduct headcount analyses to support resource planning.
- Analyze financial variance and recommend corrective actions.
- Communicate financial results and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance-related field or similar.
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, and macros.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired
Skills:
- Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including COBRA, EFS-Lite, SAP, & Apriso.
- Experience with cost tracking.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations.
- Ability to multi-task in order to meet multiple project due dates.
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. - Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
