- AI / Data Visualization Developer for the Missiles and Fire Control CIO organization. Our team is responsible for delivering program technology and information systems through development of a Digital Command Center. What You Will Be Doing As the Software Engineer Sr.

- AI / Data Visualization Developer you will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences, implementing AI-driven data visualizations, and transforming complex datasets into actionable analytics. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Develop and maintain the Digital Command Center platform.
* Design and code AI and data-visualization solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product design and Model-Based Enterprise projects.
* Translate business requirements into user-centered analytics products.

Basic Qualifications:

•

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or related field
• Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
•

Experience:

3+ years combining design, development, and data visualization in professional settings
• Implementation Ability:
Translate design concepts into functional, interactive prototypes and production code
• Experience with modern front-end technologies (React, Vue, Angular, Django or similar)
• Experience using AI development tools
• Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication with strong storytelling abilities
• Portfolio:
Strong portfolio demonstrating design-to-implementation projects, interactive dashboards, and data visualization solutions
• Experience with a variety of design and Dev Sec Ops  techniques (or Software Factory)
• Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional environment Desired

Skills:

• Experience in Design thinking methodologies
• Advanced JavaScript, Python and CSS capabilities
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Collaborative design tools (e.g. Miro, Mural, Figma)
• Design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Agile development processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with diverse, remote teams
• Knowledge of design tokens and scalable design principles
• Strong user experience and interface design principles
• Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Plotly, etc.)
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, ect.)
