** You will be the Program Manager for the Cybersecurity Focus Area. Our team is responsible for embedded cybersecurity, research, and development for Lockheed Martin product lines. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager you will be responsible for leading the execution of advanced cybersecurity development programs that support critical national security missions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage program execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract requirements.
* Coordinate geographically dispersed cross-functional teams including Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, and Global Supply Chain.
* Oversee Contract Research & Development (CRAD) contracts and subcontractor performance.
* Deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of Program Management, Project Management, or related experience within the aerospace, defense, Cybersecurity, or advanced technology industry.
• Demonstrated ability to support execution of development programs involving cost, schedule, technical performance, and contract requirements.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Procurement, and Operations organizations to accomplish program objectives.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal leadership, customers, subcontractors, and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of program management principles, risk management practices, and program execution methodologies.
• Experience using business and program management tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project or Open Plan, SAP, and other scheduling or financial management systems.
• Ability to operate with limited day-to-day direction while demonstrating sound judgment, initiative, and accountability in program execution activities.
• Understanding of how program performance impacts broader business operations, customer relationships, and strategic objectives.
• Ability to travel domestically on a limited basis to customer, supplier, subcontractor, and internal company facilities as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US-DOD Secret Clearance. Desired

Skills:

• Experience supporting technology transition efforts from development into production or operational use.
• Familiarity with development, testing and deployment of Cybersecurity systems for military, scientific, and/or commercial applications.
• Familiarity working with government laboratories, DoD customers, or federally funded research organizations. Security Clearance Statement:
