Developer Senior
Location:
Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N. Highway 360, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work‑life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Developer Senior is responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance lifecycle for assigned business units, client programs, or corporate departments while utilizing various customer technology platforms.
How You Will Make an Impact- Maintain active relationships with customers to determine business requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and graphic designers to evaluate enhancements and change requests.
- Work with development teams to define application scope, objectives, and specifications.
- Analyze and evaluate detailed business and technical requirements.
- Code and maintain complex information system components.
- Mentor team members on coding standards and perform code reviews.
- Develop and perform system testing and resolve defects identified during testing.
- Aid in integrating activities with other IT departments for the successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Provide on‑call support, monitor systems, and identify system deficiencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study.
- Three (3) years of Information Technology (IT), or related experience.
- Three (3) years of required Information Technology (IT), or related experience must include:
- Java
- J2EE
- AngularJS
- Spring Boot
- AWS services
- Microservices architecture
- Bitbucket
- Apache Kafka
- Azure
- PostgreSQL
- Mongo DB
