Position Overview
Siemens is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Prairie at our Breaker Plant
. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to customers experiencing issues with circuit breakers and related products. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding technical issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and product installation processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our system accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with other departments, including engineering and quality assurance teams, to elevate complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates to effectively support customers and provide accurate information.
- Assist with product returns, replacements, and warranty claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with non‑technical customer service cases: account disputes, delivery issues, and expedite orders.
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
- Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a customer service role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with breakers.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
