Engineer Lead
Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N. Highway 360, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer Lead is responsible for developing code and assisting team members with code reviews and infrastructure design solutions related to big data on the cloud.
How You Will Make an Impact:- Generate process flow to support development documentation.
- Write unit test cases to support code.
- Assist with system testing, integration testing, functional testing and regression as part of the product.
- Provide detailed documentation of system functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study.
- Seven (7) years of experience in a related occupation.
- Seven (7) years of experience working in Information Technology.
- Five (5) years of experience with Spark, Scala, and Python.
- Four (4) years of experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
- Three (3) years of experience processing big data in the cloud using Amazon AWS including S3, AWS Glue, Serverless Framework, Cloud Formation, EMR, AWS Lambda, Athena, DynamoDB, Step Functions, SNS, SQS, and IAM.
- Three (3) years of experience processing data using Big Data components including EMR on EC2 (AWS), HIVE, Spark, and Scala.
- Three (3) years of experience with Agile methodology.
- Two (2) years of experience working with CI/CD and configuration management tools including Jenkins and Bamboo.
Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field of study and five (5) years of experience. Must have the skills listed above.
