• Install, commission, repair, and perform routine maintenance on large-scale specialized equipment
• Develop and execute equipment maintenance schedules to ensure stable operation
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, proposing improvement and optimization recommendations
• Manage repair records, technical documentation, and spare parts usage
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to enhance equipment efficiency and safety

• Proven experience in repairing, maintaining, and managing large-scale specialized machinery
• Thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical, or automation equipment fundamentals and troubleshooting procedures
• Strong hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and a high sense of responsibility
• Able to work on-site during standard Monday–Friday business hours
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
