Help Desk / Jr. Systems Administrator
We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to serve as the sole onsite support resource for our Grand Prairie/DFW office. This role combines Tier 1 end-user support with Tier 2 system administration tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid environment where they can resolve daily user issues while also managing core systems such as Office 365, Azure, networking, and security.
End-User& Help Desk Support
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Administer Exchange Online, Teams, One Drive, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD. Support server and network equipment, including monitoring performance and backups. Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
Projects & Local Office ITSupport Office 365 migrations, integrations, and upgrades. Assist with IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, security rollouts, and office technology improvements. Act as "boots on the ground" to coordinate with remote IT teams/vendors as needed.
Technical Skills- 3–7 years of IT support/administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive).
- Experience with Azure administration.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- Power Shell scripting a plus.
- Understanding of IT security best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently as the sole onsite IT resource.
- Organized, proactive, and responsive.
- Microsoft 365 Certified:
Enterprise Administrator Associate or equivalent. - Other relevant Microsoft certifications a plus.
