Position Summary The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support to employees and helping maintain the company's IT systems, devices, and infrastructure. This position supports both office and production employees by troubleshooting issues, setting up equipment, and ensuring technology systems operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and enjoys solving technical problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support to employees.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Set up computers, monitors, phones, and other equipment for new employees.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.

Support printers, scanners, and other office devices.

Prepare and deploy laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.

Maintain IT inventory and track company assets.

Perform basic network troubleshooting.

Monitor IT systems and management tools.

Support Manage Engine operations and alerts.

Perform patch management and endpoint maintenance.

Document IT procedures and help improve processes.

Assist with IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or related experience preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Technical Skills Preferred knowledge of:

Windows operating systems

Microsoft 365

Active Directory Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Printers and scanners

Device deployment and troubleshooting

Manage

Engine or similar IT management tools

Skills & Abilities Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Self-motivated and dependable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Ability to move throughout office and production areas.

Ability to install and move IT equipment as needed.
