Description
You will be the EvDev Expeditor for the IAMD EvDev program. Our team is responsible for supporting material requirements by managing shortages, capacity reports, metrics, and supplier issues.
What You Will Be DoingAs the EvDev Expeditor you will be responsible for coordinating supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery of critical components.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Drive mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain
- Manage supplier issues daily to support IPTs, Production, and customers
- Communicate effectively via emails, phone calls, presentations, and meetings
- Generate and analyze capacity shortage reports and metrics
- Execute assigned projects and travel as needed to support production

EligibilityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position requires a Secret clearance, and the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance, with company-sponsored interim clearance required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Ability to multitask is a firm requirement for this position.
- Ability to drive mitigation activities.
- Manage supplier issues daily in order to support ISTs, Production, and various customers.
- Ability to eventually act as the team Trainer for new hires & Skills bridge personnel for Management as skills develop.
- Extensive communication skills to include emails, phone calls, presentations to management, and ISTs production meetings.
- Some travel may be required based on the supplier and support to Production.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
- Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
- Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work changing priorities and work as assigned.
This position requires a Secret clearance and the candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.
Work SchedulesSchedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
