GSC Control Account Manager Staff | Lockheed Martin

You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Precision Fires Global Supply Chain team. Our team integrates purchasing, procurement, and supply‑chain functions to deliver high‑performance rocket‑system components on schedule and on budget, supporting a fast‑growing line‑of‑business that blends traditional values with cutting‑edge innovation.

What You Will Be Doing As the CAM you will be the financial steward for end‑to‑end material acquisition, acting as the primary liaison between Subcontract Managers, Finance, and Program Management. You will own the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact for the Global Supply Chain organization, shaping scope, schedule, and budget for your control accounts and guiding Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) execution.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, define, and manage scope, schedule, and budget for assigned control accounts.
  • Serve as the EVMS champion, ensuring full compliance with Lockheed Martin Corporate Program Performance Management Process (PPMP 01).
  • Produce variance and performance reports, prepare presentations, and brief senior leadership and prime customers on control account health.
  • Coordinate with material finance to meet financial targets and support supply chain cash flow goals.
  • Represent Global Supply Chain in program level EVMS and schedule meetings, influencing decisions that keep the puzzle pieces aligned.
  • Partner with Subcontract Managers to track procurement milestones and resolve cost, schedule, or scope issues.
  • Support Integrated Master Schedule planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration across engineering, logistics, and program teams to ensure on time, quality delivery.

Why Join Us You are a collaborative, detail‑oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment. In this role you'll enjoy high visibility with senior leadership, the chance to influence multi‑billion‑dollar programs, and the opportunity to work on real rocket‑science projects. Lockheed Martin offers robust personal‑development resources, a flexible work schedule, competitive benefits, and occasional travel that broadens your perspective.

If you're ready to drive financial excellence, shape the future of precision fires, and accelerate your career with a respected aerospace leader, apply today and become a key player in our mission‑critical supply‑chain team. We are committed to supporting your work-life balance and overall well-being, offering flexible scheduling options.
