You will be the Subcontract Management for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) program team. Our team is responsible for performing subcontract management duties to support the development, production, and global sustainment of complex subsystems, components, and hardware.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Managing and administering subcontracts to ensure compliance with program requirements and company policies
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure subcontractor alignment and performance
  • Developing and implementing subcontract management plans, strategies, and procedures to drive program success
  • Analyzing and resolving subcontract-related issues, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements

Further Information About This Opportunity:
This position is in Dallas.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires a secret clearance and special access. You must be able to obtain a security clearance.

Basic Qualifications
  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance (not required to start).
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and cross‑functional teams.
  • Able to lead groups in problem solving.
  • Excellent communications, negotiations, presentation and documentation skills.
Desired Skills
  • P2P, SC Nav, Tableau, and/or SAP experience.
  • TINA Negotiation experience.
  • Cross‑functional knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering, as they relate to subcontract management.
  • Ability to create and present using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to interact with senior management, suppliers and other external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between functional organizations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to supplier facilities to participate in meetings and to resolve subcontract/program issues on‑site, as needed.
  • Understands procurement on a development program.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part‑time Remote Telework – The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five‑day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
