The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24‑foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base and kidney dialysis centers. Home patient visits consist of delivering dialysis solution, rotating stock, and ensuring order accuracy with occasional pick‑ups and returns.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver up to, and sometimes in excess of, 45 cases per delivery.
• Work closely with multiple levels of the supply chain: dialysis patients, regional office staff, customer service team, and healthcare professionals.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as lift gates, ramps, pallet jacks, walkie‑rider, and Liftkar stair climbers.
• Follow all safety rules for equipment use and driving outlined by Vantive and DOT.
• Maintain driver HOS log using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).
• Perform multiple day routes that include some overnight travel.
• Distinguish colors to identify product labels.

• 4‑day work week: 5 am‑3 pm or 6 am‑4 pm.
• 1–2 overnight trips per week (hotel and meal per diem provided).
• Weekends off.

• $28.08 per hour.

Estimated base salary: $51,200 to $70,400 annually. The range reflects an anticipated salary range based on market data and other factors, which may vary by location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

• Minimum age 21.
• High‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air‑brake endorsement and a clean MVR check that meets minimum standards.
• Valid medical card.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving comparable equipment; inside‑delivery experience preferred.
• Pass Industrial Capabilities Test.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; effective social skills and ability to work in diverse, multi‑functional teams.
• Ability to maintain driver HOS log using an Electronic Logging Device (ELD).

• Work occurs in distribution centers, tractor‑trailer operations, patient homes, and dialysis centers.
• Repetitive lifting and moving cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent vehicle entry/exit, bending, crouching, twisting, reaching, grasping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, squatting, and wrist turning.
• Work efficiently and effectively in extreme cold and/or extreme heat.
