Pitney Bowes in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our presort facility. This is a 3rd‑shift position (Tuesday–Saturday; Sundays as needed) from 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Vacation days are not set by policy.
As a supervisor you will organize mail flow, oversee production workers, interview/hire/train, apply USPS regulations, ensure Total Quality Management, and report on USPS and internal metrics. You will foster clear shift communication and look for efficiency gains.
