Job Description You will be the Subcontract Management Stf for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts.

What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Management Stf you will be responsible for leading multifunctional subcontract management teams, overseeing procurement delegation, and managing the full subcontract lifecycle from specifications to award and administration.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Lead development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.

Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.

Negotiate subcontract provisions, select/recommend subcontractors, and issue awards.

Administer subcontracts and manage change activities.

Maintain procurement authority and sign supplier agreements within established limits.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFARWorking knowledge of standard contract types

Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point Detail  and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Demonstrated problem solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business based decisions

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Desired Skills Experience managing complex subcontracts

Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within Defense industry

Experience with LM S/4
