MAA Grand Courtyards is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team and ensure all property facilities and apartment units are maintained to standards. You will coordinate repairs, respond to service requests promptly, and help maintain market-ready homes to meet leasing demand.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multifamily maintenance or property management experience, HVAC knowledge, and EPA licenses; supervision and driving license required where applicable.
