Construction Services Manager – Grand Prairie, TX
Our client, a growing, family‑owned construction company, is looking for a Service & Maintenance Manager to lead their Repair & Maintenance Department. This hands‑on role oversees service calls from start to finish. Client intake, technician dispatch, invoicing, and long‑term client retention, while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate service calls, technicians, and workflow compliance.
- Manage full‑cycle invoicing, collections, and time tracking.
- Identify repair and reroofing opportunities during site visits.
- Build strong client relationships and execute retention strategies.
- Experience in service, maintenance, or operations management within the construction industry.
- Highly organized with strong administrative, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Interested in a permanent, long‑term role.
- Competitive salary, starting at $85k+ (depending on experience) plus bonus.
- Profit sharing (fully vested in 5 years, increasing annually).
