Printpack is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Wrapper for the Converting plant in Grand Prairie, TX. The Production Wrapper is responsible for the final preparation of finished goods for warehouse storage and shipping, ensuring proper wrapping, labeling, and quality control of products while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring product quality and proper preparation for storage and shipping while maintaining safety and efficiency standards in the production environment. Direction comes from the Shift Supervisor. This will be a 3/2 rotating night shift schedule from 7pm-7am:
Sun/Wed/Thurs;
Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat.

Problem-solving abilities  The associate will be exposed to the manufacturing environment where hazards and requirements may include but are not limited to:
* Must be able to lift and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds
* Standing/walking for extended periods (8-12 hour shifts)
* Frequent bending, twisting, stooping and reaching
* Manual dexterity for operating equipment
* Work in various temperature conditions
* Exposure to normal warehouse environment
* Regular exposure to moving machinery
* Use of ladders and other equipment
* Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift and pallet jacks
* Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
