Position: CNC Operator Manual Machinist -  Lathes and Mills
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and precision engineering, is seeking a Manual Machinist - Lathes and Mills to join their dedicated team. As a Manual Machinist - Lathes and Mills, you will be part of the industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $20-$30hr

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions accurately

+ Measure, inspect, and verify dimensions of machined components to ensure quality standards

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to safety protocols

+ Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance

** What's Needed?*
* + Prior experience operating manual mills and lathes (minimum 1 year)

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Knowledge of measuring tools and inspection techniques

+ Safety-conscious mindset with steel-toe shoes required; safety glasses provided by the company
