Pro Source Industries specializes in the manufacturing of precision components for Wire Harnesses, Cable Assemblies and Electrical Control Panels for OEM'S. We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to join our team. As a Kitting Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling kits of parts and materials for production or shipment.

This role ensures that all necessary components are accurately picked, packed, and labeled according to company standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kit Assembly: Accurately pick and assemble parts and materials into kits based on work orders and production schedules.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, report discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and materials for defects or damage before kitting, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
• Documentation: Complete and maintain all required documentation for kitting processes, including labels, packing slips, and inventory logs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate kit assembly.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and documentation.
