This established contract manufacturer brings over 30 years of experience supporting customers from design through full production. The organization specializes in tooling libraries, control panels, wire harnesses, cable assemblies, power and battery cables, and electrical enclosures including DIN rail and turnkey solutions.

Serving industries such as Critical Power, Industrial Automation, Oil & Gas, Medical, HVAC, Food & Beverage, Aviation, and Defense, the company operates with a strong emphasis on risk management, open and transparent communication, quality, and reliability.

They maintain a show-ready, audit-ready facility and position themselves as a trusted manufacturing partner rather than simply a supplier.

The Buyer will play a critical role in supporting production continuity and supplier performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position requires someone who can step in and contribute immediately with minimal training. The ideal candidate understands manufacturing procurement, supplier coordination, and ERP-driven purchasing processes, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics.

This role is targeted toward someone with 2–5 years of experience — beyond entry level, but not overly senior — who is ready to take ownership and grow within a structured organization.

• Execute purchasing activities for production materials and components
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics daily for procurement transactions, planning, and reporting
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain consistent vendor communication
• Monitor inventory levels and align purchasing decisions with production schedules
• Support cost control initiatives and supplier negotiations
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness

• 2–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience within manufacturing
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (required)
• Experience in wire harnesses, cable assemblies, control panels, enclosures, or similar industrial manufacturing
• Background with a direct competitor or closely aligned contract manufacturer strongly preferred
• Ability to operate independently and contribute from Day 1
