Control Operations Coordinator B
You will be the Control Operations Coordinator B for the Control Operations team. Our team is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and providing critical clerical support to manufacturing and engineering functions.
What You Will Be Doing- Maintain inventory systems and perform accurate data entry for assigned areas.
- Prepare requisitions, purchase requests, and goods receipt documentation to support tooling and manufacturing.
- Generate and process shipment requests, purchase orders, and related memos for vendor‑supplied material.
- Communicate with internal support groups and assist ITS personnel to expedite work as needed.
- Identify and report potential schedule or cost impacts to supervisors or managers.

Basic Qualifications- High School degree or equivalent and 1 year related experience.
- Prior warehousing or production shop floor experience.
- Prior experience operating a forklift.
- Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements.
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Organized and Detail Oriented.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
