Control Operations Coordinator B

You will be the Control Operations Coordinator B for the Control Operations team. Our team is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and providing critical clerical support to manufacturing and engineering functions.

• Maintain inventory systems and perform accurate data entry for assigned areas.
• Prepare requisitions, purchase requests, and goods receipt documentation to support tooling and manufacturing.
• Generate and process shipment requests, purchase orders, and related memos for vendor‑supplied material.
• Communicate with internal support groups and assist ITS personnel to expedite work as needed.
• Identify and report potential schedule or cost impacts to supervisors or managers.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• High School degree or equivalent and 1 year related experience.
• Prior warehousing or production shop floor experience.
• Prior experience operating a forklift.
• Must have the ability to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to facility requirements.
