You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Level
2) for the GMLRS team. Our team is responsible for managing the production schedule and analyzing material shortages for various programs.
As the Manufacturing Planner (Level
2) you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the production schedule, analyzing material shortages, and identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the production schedule and analyze material shortages for multiple programs.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost production efficiency.
- Analyze data and reports to spot trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues.

LocationThis position is in Dallas.
Security and CitizenshipMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
- Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated ability to extract data, create and present critical schedule and material information.
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
- Experience with managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing and assembly locations.
- Excellent communication skills.
This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
